ABOUT SUE
Sue's passion for teaching began as a five year old when she first declared that her 'dream' was to be a teacher!
She pursued this ambition at Westminster College, Oxford where she attained a four year B.Ed (Hons) degree.
On leaving Oxford, Sue gained a broad range of teaching experience in both State and Independent sector schools. She enjoyed ten very happy years at the Junior School of Putney High School where she taught pupils throughout Key Stage 1 and 2 and resulting in her appointment as head of Key Stage 1 and Literacy Co-Ordinator for the whole School.
Sue and Robin married in 1990 and, after the birth of their first daughter, Sue was besieged by requests to work with individual children, supplementing the work they did at School or preparing for exams.
As her reputation for success grew, Sue rapidly became well-established as an Education Consultant providing a wide range of lessons for children who required them whether for additional support and confidence building or for exam purposes.
Over the past seventeen years, Sue has worked with over 3,500 children. This breadth of experience and passion for assisting the individual needs of each child has been the cornerstone of her Education Consultancy as it stands today. The emphasis continues to be placed firmly upon the importance of helping each child to fulfil his or her own potential and, where required, progressing children to schools that fit their own individual requirements.
Sue now works with a strong team of carefully selected teachers and offers a wide range of educational services.
Sue and her husband, Robin have three daughters, Jessica, Alexandra and Georgia, who are all at various stages of their education.
